The first thing we do is observe our three brains. We take u a comfortable position, and we close our eyes to pass our consciousness around our body. And then whatever we find, we observe, and we start to just relax and let it be what it is - not resisting and not craving. So likewise, through each of the three brains, body, heart, mind, relax.
