At my peak when I was a very junior developer, I was producing about 10,000 lines of code a month. When you start getting into large, depending on your definition of large, that's five or six months worth of work or a year's worth of work. And so larger code bases start to become about what rules are we going to have? And how do we make sure preferably in as automated a fashion as possible?
