We have training classes to get people used to that type of technology. Even today, when we're working, certain of those machines are like 180,000 pounds. So if you were to hire and train people who've never operated before, you would never put them on such a large piece of equipment at first. But I think that's one of the things also, which really strikes us is a train operators of a skit steer. It was literally literally taking sub 10 minutes to get used to our system and basically operate at normal productivity speed.
