The Du Criteria for Endocarditis

The du criteria are away to sort of help us risk stratify or, you know, determine if we think someone has a good enough chance of having endo cardit us. So the main criteria sotat there's beastly major and minor criteria. There's a different, couple of different menu permutations that you can do to get a diagnosis of what's called definite infective ando cardidus. The first is a predisposing heart condition or injection drug use; second is fever; third is vascular phenomena such as septic embeli but also immunologic phenomenon like rheumatoid factor.
