I know that people who are really passionate about this subject can bring up articles from 1962 and in 1974 and then where it's just so hard for our kids to buy property. What is definitely true at the moment is the biggest challenge is saving a deposit but I don't think that will go away. We've got three point two trillion dollars worth of inheritance that's coming through the baby boomer system over the last 20 30 40 years.
