What's That, My Cheese?

Most of the people I'm working with now really struggle to identify as a writer. So that's kind of the first hurdle is I have all this other professional experience. How could I possibly tell people I'm a writer? But once they are a writer, there's a hesitancy to step out of your lane and step into somebody else's lane. And when you're talking about case studies that it's just like 101 customer research. Every moment of that makes you more valuable. Absolutely.
