I didn't know like that much more history than I did then, but I thought this time it was different. And maybe that's just a psychology of when you're like 22. When I see older people in Silicon Valley who've been through a bunch of cycles of hype and excitement over something like virtual reality, they definitely have a more like, okay, we've been through this before.
