I'm not a runner, which I think puts me in a good position because my feet are like, they suck anyway. But it did change the way I ran. So I already noticed it even for 400 meter runs. My stride length is way smaller. And especially so the place where we run, it's actually like cobblestones, which makes it extra interesting. It's also a big difference when you walk. I used to like smash my heel on the floor. And now if I walk normally, I'm like, well, there's a very hard impact on my heel when I just normally walk. If I ever decide to start running more, I'll be trying to build
