What Happened to the Internet?

i remember i an email going around. It was like, either implicitly or explicitly, men of color are preying on women who wear overalls and have long pony tails. And you get all these males that were like, never wear a long pony tail. I mean, that's a panic over all sorts of things. But i think like calling attention to the way tat this early email functioned in a way that's not dissimilar from face spoken terms such as spreading panic.
