Shabaab Testing Sustainability of Somali Military Bases

Somali units are handing over bases to the Somali National Army. The question is, can they sustainably hold all of these different FOBs? And Shabaab is already testing that by attacking several recently handed-over bases. It's really going to be up to foreign actors to help prop up the Somali government with this drawdown.
