The Importance of a Standalone Network for 5G
The opinion towards 5G not being as good as 4G, I think is very North American. The broader global issue with 5G and why we don't see as many different types of apps or new kinds of apps is the standalone problem. T-Mobile was the first to roll out standalone in the US. Verizon and AT&T still haven't officially rolled out nationwide standalone.
