The Obama Administration's Decision to Use the Higher Education Act to Clear Student Debt
President Biden spoke a few hours after the decision right. He he basically said that he is instructing his administration to try something else. They're going to use a different law called Higher Education Act the HEA. And the Education Secretaries Authority under that law will see how far they can go when it comes to some sort of large-scale student debt relief.
