Is There a Split Shift Down in Frequency?

There's a lot of excitement for oscillations sort of is sort of being rekindled. Back in the 90s when people talk about the binding theory that these gamma oscillations say from 40 to 100 hertz were thought to be important for binding. I think now people are getting more and more interested in a slower type of oscillation so so three dar oscillations with five to eight hertz alpha oscillations from eight to twelve hertz and beta oscillations. So maybe there's sort of a split shift down in frequency in terms of interest.
