i follow the plural line all the way around both lungs, and i'm mostly looking for numa thorax. Of course, i want to see that there is, you know, lung markings going all the way out to the edge of the lung. And big ones, hopefully, will jump out at you. A small one could be relevant in a patient who's innobated or just stuck a needle in their lung accidentally. Now they 've a small numo proby can be bigger in a few hours if you don't do something about it. Finding sign of something else, like a baca plurafustila, for example.
