Surrendering to Your Urges
In the moment that you start fighting is the moment thatyou're going to lose. Instead what I want you to do is let that urge come in the room. Just let it be there. It's going to start yelling at you. And when you do that when you don't give into it and you don't do what it says to do it'll eventually stop. You can only hold that door closed for so long before you get exhausted.
