Why Do We Care About Their Opinion of Us?

I'm so tired of performing for men because here's the thing and this is something that I say to people all the time. It's like men don't have good taste in pretty much anything most of the time. So why do we care about their opinion of us? They literally don't shower like they don't have bed sheets. And it's like any man who is valid a valid king listening to this right now would be like it's about the patriarchy, not about me.
