With this Russell conjugation, you could write a statement and not actually tell a lie. I don't know how AI would probably use it in much the same way as humans are if you were trying to get it to do something. It will essentially mimic the way that human beings use it. The only defense against it is going to be for people to understand that they can lie without explicitly telling a lie.
