Stuart Brandt and the Maker Fair
In August of 1967, Stuart Brandt shows up in Mimal Park. The project he was doing was an educational technology fair which failed. In the second half of the 60s, all the forces that would create the valley were alive and they were happening everywhere. And what's interesting to me about that is the stuff that Stuart ran into in the late sixties on the peninsula basically influenced an entire generation of young Americans.
