The North Koreans' Optics

In 2017, the North Koreans began strapping what appeared to be fairly high-quality DSLR camera optics. Last year, they did broadcast an image of Seoul in black and white from what they said was a test of an optical satellite system. A lot here I think will come down to what the North Koreans have been able to illicitly import from overseas.
