By AD 354 there were 176 different days of games. The Colosseum or Flavian amphitheater was used for gladiatorial games when Titus and 80 AD opened it. They actually went through 5,000 animals on the first day. People came to see them die. There were zero raccoons. No North American animals were represented for obvious reasons.
