The Non-Response Bias Problem Is Real

The non-response bias problem is real and more systemic than just in one election. Non-college educated voters who are sort of disconnected from politics don't have a lot of faith in institutions. In states that are highly educated, like Colorado, the polls end up being closer. So there's this bigger problem where these polls are not getting most of the electorate. The issue is midterms work against the incumbent almost invariably with very few exceptions.
