I like the way you spend it a tis closely to what clayton christinton said about going after those markets that you don't think you can serve very well. Usually you think of destructors as the start ups, the people who are getting funding. And now, how can a big company be desreptive? Alike lokat this, you're a big company. You have every advantage in the world to be able to go after new customers - except you have one big disadvantage. Just the opposite, they have none of those advantages, but they have one huge advantage, they have no customers. So they have to go after what they can get. They will make sacrifices
