If God Wanted to Happen, It Would Have Happened
We like using fatalistic deterministic language, not sometimes only just to defend ourselves from failure, but actually to protect ourselves from success. We act like the future is already concrete, completely set, and all you're doing is robotically moving into the future God has already designed. Where is the creativity in that? God is so much more creative than creating a fatalistic future. But here's the crazy thing, when you do not believe it can happen, God actually does believe it can happened. And we put that in our mind, and we don't hear the voice coming,. I think, from a turn, he's saying, ah, you just quit. I wanted it to happen
