Mercedes-Benz's Difficult Car

McLaren have added downforce to the car and found a little bit more stability they've sort of cured the front end but the trouble is the back end still a bit unstable. Mercedes not doing much running with the soft tire yesterday might have kind of come back to bite them because it was overheating or in the words of Ron Dennis dogerodating a little bit more than they expected. The fundamental things limiting that car is some of the high speed performance so it's through the sort of the Beckett maggots complex where you really need the good downforce, stability and confidence.
