Is There an Alternative to Agile?
Pebble: There is no alternative to agile as far as i'm concerned. I think the drawbacks outweigh the benefits, in my personal opinion. It really depends on what the goals of the projuct are. If there are smaller tasks that we can easily get done. Quite often we of doing a lot of smaller tasks that are like, maybe like bug fixes. And then other times we're building an entire custom out for a client.
