Protein powders can be such a phenomenal phenomenal way to complement your diet absolutely. We're truly spoiled nowadays in term of a plant based product but they're highly convenient and I highly recommend them. If you take let's say 30 to 40 grams of protein powder just one or let's say two times per day which is like kind of normal but almost 80 grams that's 80 grams of protein just there in two shakes. And if you add leafy greens and berries and almond butter I mean it's a complete meal.
