Ukrainian Defense Trying to Destroy Infrastructure

We have an impression that we are entering a new phase of this war. Russian army tries to destroy infrastructure to kill innocent civilians, but no much military success on the ground. This is something that Russians have already tried in spring and we actually in our episodes during that time we described this. Another goal is of course Ukraine heading towards a heating season and Russians are trying to cut well actually to target the heating enterprises,. And there are lots of thinking among Ukrainians that look we can be facing a winter in which they will know heating in the residential buildings. But of course we will see how it will develop, how it will change.
