Garlic is actually really cool. There's a number of things you can dive into that are outside of my three to four sentences, considering I'm at like two and a half probably already. You're not going to find strong human data on garlic extract but there is a little bit suggesting it can enhance recovery from injury or potentially tissue damage. So we actually, you may see more data come out that says the garlic extracts overrated. But yeah, there's some stuff there if you want to look hard enough.
