The other thing that you can do is appeal to a third party. This is sort of like the least interventional kind of thing, because we're not directly dealing with the person. So if it's a work related scenario, consider talking to a boss or co workers. Don't call them out and don't attack their passive aggressive behavior. You want to approach things in kind of a like, i'm trying to figure out how to work with this person way.
