Why is it that certain ideological movements must attempt to erase or destroy the reminders of the past? Ri well, i've got a very decisive view of this, and it comes from reading schopenhauer really al my career. I think as being on the political right, proper conservatives of the old style, we are, are, in fact, the life deniers. We stand in extreme suspicion of the volue of existence. And what fukis doing is knocking down the culture of the dead. This is their fundamental worry that they have. It's indeed a vicious expression at either level of the unscrupulous and optimistic instinct, the will to live itself.
