How Did You Scale Up Your Business?

Rippling is a software company based in Tempe, Arizona. In the early days of rippling they were able to increase their pricing by 30%. They then introduced additional skews so that as you increased your revenue per customer it likely had an impact on net dollar retention. Rippling also built a sales team out of Bangalore which today I think is like 1516 people and those folks are incredibly efficient compared to kind of how much revenue they close.
