How to Start a Restaurant Tour
An older restaurant tour taught me that I thought was brilliant is like by the building. If you buy a building especially if your value add and that building can be repositioned or renovated. Basically you have a free call option on your restaurant on that ground floor. And if your restaurant fails which it will. Then you can release it to somebody for like five X the price of that lease rate. So it's a way to have like kind of a call option when you're doing restaurants to me that's the only semi at least structured or safer way of doing it.
