You know, we've been doing a lot of egg roll in a bowl recently. We do it with ground bison, a lot of hard boiled eggs,. deviled eggs, leftover steak, leftover bison, shredded chicken, usually a non starchy vegetable. It's amazing how much better I will feel if I take a 15 minute walk, which for me is one loop around our street and head home.
