Cloud Computing vs Owning It?

When you're renting the cloud, it's fixed cost. You know your rent is two thousand dollars a month and it's going to stay that way. But of course, even with it, with the cloud, you can scale up and scale down. If i need to scale in the cloud, i by more units, o whatever i need,. storage, compute softer, whatever i need. I got maybe i need to build into the serva rack. I get to get more power, an to get more networking. I have to do with all this sort of stuff.
