"We need to step u and be a source of positivity for people around us so they can start doing it for themselves," she says. "It might seem really silly at first, like, i know beta you talk about flossing one tooth... But even doing one little thing and celebrating it, then it's contagious for you." She adds that her research lab is focused on helping students shift their perspective from social comparison to other things.
