New York City has one of the craziest waste sewage treatment systems in the country. But there's just such, I mean, with the development of New York City and the population at this point, it just isn't working anymore. In Toronto, they had to release some partly treated sewage into Lake Ontario because the alternative was like Toronto would flood.
