In the 19 eighties, federal policy makers just effectively turned anti trust policies on their head. So walmark came along and took advantage of those changes in anti trust policy. And that also, you know, was another example where walmart won, not by being better, but simply using its raw financial and market muscle to get its way at the expense of competing businesss.
