The Institute of Coaching has access to like 5,000 coaches. I tried to distill some of the key behaviors and domains in which this more flexible way of showing up was most applicable. This became particularly relevant during the pandemic you know a lot of leaders who really would struggle with vulnerability came to recognize that if they were going to create an environment of well-being for their teens during a pandemic they had to be a little more vulnerable so my book came out just as the pandemic hit.
