The Product Manager Ladder and the Manager Lingerie?

Intercom has extended the product manager ladder to add a staff and a principal roll. And then we also made some more recent changes because we could see that there were some problems. It wasn't that clear to understand the differences between levels. So we have done some work there, which i can talk through. There was also a bit of lack of clarity about the principal p m roll and how we see that working at intercom. The three dimensions were around scope, autonomy and impact.
