When you have a new member of your team, you absolutely should do like team norms and go through the process. I love the fact that the whole company operates in one working style. If i am relying on x team who does two weeks sprints that are allined with our two week sprints in terms of dates,. Then i know who to be like, hey, you need to get this ticket in this sprint. And then i know that we can then take this ticket inthis next print. So i like that i know that every one i'm speaking to across the company will understand that base line structure and bluntly, like, deliverable at end of each sprint structure.
