I love researching witches in the UK you know there was a obviously a terrible time when all the witches were burned at the stake. learning about the breadth of knowledge that these amazing men and women had and carried which sort of got lost is so fascinating. It's great that people are now showing an interest into all of these different tools and methods to feel more grounded healed whatever it might be. I think going through that experience with them just created so much sort of sadness and anxiety and a scarcity mindset that I had no way of processing. So my only option is to figure out a way to make my mind lighter.
