There is no fixed approach to attachment, but what you want to do is understand where people came from as children and how they're using those coping skills. If parents read the cues of their babies, and then they provide safety to them, what helps happens is there becomes an attachment, a bond, a safety where the child feels in balance. Co-sleeping, feeding on demand, holding and touching, responsiveness to crying are met.
