How to Trade a Short Position in a Liquid Market
In a scenario like that I might give it three you know and just kind of wait and see if they hold it but then you start to get into dangerous territory. If sellers aren't able to get the market back to my entry price relatively quickly it means there's still a tremendous amount of buy side pressure. So frequently the best thing to do there is just cut it at a loss or one tick to take just cut it let it go.
