Is There a Taper That Works for Me?

There's just not one taper that works for everybody. Some people need to do a little bit more than others. You don't want to be running the entire run course, ofviously, if it's a marpon. So you're doing those training sessions based around course knowledge. And i think i told you there was a period where i actually didn't train for a whole week and had one of the best races of my career. I'm trying to keep the fatigue as low as possible. I won't lose fitness tit'st not a worry to me.
