The Politics of Migration in France
Every country reproduces a form of oligarchic operation even under the guise of a perfectly well functioning democracy. France has that to some extent but I'm sure Ireland does too and clearly the UK has it too. And then of course you drop into this the misfortune at migrants because what you have is a battle with for the heart and soul of France, if you look at Arab kids are eight times more likely to be stopped by the cops than white kids. So I think these tensions also have an historical route. These migrants are here because France was there, right?
