Citizens' ecosystem is another channel alongside some of the other digital channels. How do you describe that person's role? Is that a banker? Is that somebody who's an educator? Can you describe the evolving role of that? I guess where the advice meets the pavement? Yeah, it's a great question. So we had actually kicked off a stream of work that we're calling our distribution customer interaction model. And that work is all about thinking through the colleagues role in that journey.
