Self Forgiveness - I'm Just a Billiard Ball. There's Nothing I Can Do.

I'm just hoping that this segment doesn't convince people to try to mail it in because there's nothing they can do to control their destiny. I actually think it's a hopeful message. It certainly allows for more empathy as you described. For me, it allows for forgiveness. Because even if you don't believe in the extreme determinism, what you can have is... You were trying your best.
