If you don't have a good conjuit between those two groups, the business won't get what they need to solve the problem. So many times people will come to us with what tey think is a problem, but it's actually a symptom, not the root cause. But make no mistake, you are profoundly technical on these things. You do not present as some one who is first and foremost that code speaks.
