IFS is an idea that the mind was divided up into parts and then something. And so there was a moment where I had a problem and like I think there was, it was like a weird social dynamic or something and I noticed me responding in a weird way with one part wanting to do this thing but another part saying no. That's not very nice also that's interesting. So you know look up the IFS thing. And like it's exactly what what I would have predicted like it had like the manager and the firefighter and the exile and I was like, that's that was okay cool this seems very good.Yeah.
