Is There an Impact When You Stop Social Media?

For me, there was not this marked impact or negative impact on revenue in the business when i stopped social media altogether. If i were to get rejected from publishers based on my platform, it's not very likely that i would spend the next year obsessing over my platform. My emphasis for my entire career of public original thinking has been on quality. I believe it was sath goden who said, dang it, or he was quoting someone else, that marketing is what gets you. It sells the first x number of books, but the quality of the book and the product is what sells the next thousand or the next ten thousand. And if i create helpful content that's either helpful
